NEW  Adventure Breaks - all you need to know...

The following information applies specifically to Adventure Breaks:

Your holiday price
All prices are per person per break on the date and duration shown, based on up to 6 people sharing a one bedroom wooden lodge. Rooms are clean and basic rather than luxurious and have bunk beds. Bedding is supplied but you will need to bring your own towels. This is a half board holiday so full cooking facilities are not provided. All rooms are en-suite. Food consists of a continental or English breakfast and a healthy lunch served in our dining room (the first meal is breakfast on the day after your arrival and the last meal is breakfast on your day of departure). Please advise when booking of any special dietary requirements. Evening meals can be purchased on site and we have a barbecue night twice a week (Wednesday and Sundays). Minimum occupancy is 4 paying guests, of which at least 1 must be an adult; an underoccupancy supplement will apply to bookings of 3 people or less - please check when booking.

Free ferry offer
A free return car ferry crossing to the Isle of Wight is available for a standard size car (max length 5.5m, max height 2.2m) and up to 6 passengers travelling with either Red Funnel or Wightlink when you book and pay for your holiday by 21 July 2009; additional charges apply for over height or over length vehicles. Outward and return crossings must be with the same operator and on the same route. Where you take up the additional offer of ferry travel, all party members are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant service provider. Full details are available on request. Once booked, amendments to ferry crossings are charged at £20 per change, regardless of whether the initial booking was "free". Please note: Gurnard Pines acts as an agent for ferry bookings.

Activities
Your activity programme will be planned by the In2action Team to let you try out as many activities as possible during your break. Some outdoor activities are weather dependant and will include a varied daily programme to include a selection of the activities listed. Height and age restrictions may apply and children aged under 5 years cannot participate in any of the activities for safety reasons. For some water activities it is necessary to be able to swim 25 metres unaided.

Our Adventure Breaks are a fun activity programme for the whole family and is suitable for families looking for an active stay and to try something different. They are not suitable for customers with severe health or mobility problems. Accommodation is provided as a base and a place to sleep; the only dedicated seating area is the covered veranda. There is no television provided in these lodges.

Parental responsibility
Our activities are not a child care facility and all children remain the responsibility of parents at all times. We do offer a creche on site for children aged up to 8 years; please ask for details of prices and availability.
