Gurnard Pines has a choice of three conference rooms. Each with their own style and options for seating arrangements: seated, buffet or theatre style. From a board meeting to a team building weekend or annual conference for up to 250 delegates, we can offer the perfect solution.

Your catering requirements are our speciality from a buffet breakfast to a seated dinner. We offer bespoke menus depending on the number of delegates and budget.

We provide accommodation and full Leisure Club facilities for delegates and can arrange taxi pick ups from the Red Funnel "Red Jet" fast ferry should you require. Entertainment, flowers and AV equipment can all be arranged.

Our 50 acres of private woodland offer the perfect retreat for team building days and we can happily arrange clay pigeon shooting, archery, 4x4 racing to name a few.

Our close proximity to Cowes ensures you can take advantage of local sailing facilities from dingey sailing to yacht charters and match racing.

A dedicated Conference Organiser will oversee all of your arrangements ensuring your event runs smoothly.
