> Tour Operator protection
When you book a holiday with us that includes ferry travel, that's considered to be a package and is covered by enhanced regulations that you don't usually get with other UK holidays. Because we sell packaged holidays with travel, we come under the Package Tour Regulations 1992 and have to take measures to protect all payments you make to us, so if we can't honour your booking you'll get a full refund. So nothing to worry about.
> Cancellation Plan
No one books a holiday and expects to cancel it, but with our Cancellation Plan you are covered if you have to. When you book you enter a binding contract as we reserve the Holiday Home exclusively for you. But should you need to cancel because of sickness/dealth, redundancy or jury service, you will be entitled to a refund on the holiday price paid. It's not a full refund but what we retain is just to cover the costs in making your booking and processing the cancellation. You can add Cancellation Plan to your booking for £35 per booking and full details can be found in our terms and conditions of booking. It costs a little extra but our experience says it is worth it.

Cancel without a quibble! If you need to cancel any holiday which is due to start on or after 8 April 2011 you can cancel before 20 January 2011 and get a complete refund. Regardless of the reason. No questions asked.
