Cancellation Plan

Give yourself peace of mind with our Cancellation Plan protecting you in case you are unable to travel due to sickness, redundancy or jury service. Please see our terms and conditions of booking for full details of cover. Without Cancellation Plan on your booking, you will not be entitled to any refunds from us if you have to cancel your holiday. £35 per booking.


Cots and highchairs

Save space in the car and pre-book your cots and highchairs in advance. Cots are suitable for infants up to 24 months, please provide your own cot linen. £10 each per booking.


Towels

If you are staying in a Classic or Rustic Holiday Home, save space with our towel hire pack (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel per pack). In Plus Holiday Homes, one towel pack is included per person. £5 per pack.


Linen change

Your beds will be made up on arrival with fresh, good quality cotton linen, but if you would like your bed linen changed during your stay, we can arrange this for you. £25 per Holiday Home.


Maid Service

Take a break from the cleaning! Our maid service is available throughout your stay and includes vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the bathroom and making beds. This service does not include doing the washing up, taking out rubbish or changing bed linen. £15 per clean.


In-lodge Therapies

Enjoy the ultimate indulgence of a relaxing massage or carefully selected treatment in the privacy of your own Lodge or Bungalow for ladies and gents. For more information about the range of treatments, please click here.


WiFi internet access

We are now able to offer WiFi access throughout The Leisure Club and in the cafe bar. You will need a wireless ready laptop to connect to this service. Our new network is provided by specialist WiComs and is totally secure.
£5 for 1 hour, £10 for 1 day, £20 for 3 days, £25 for 4 days, £35 for 7 days.

Each access is for one computer only and cannot be transferred to another computer. Duration of use is unlimited downloads at high speed internet broadband (for example, 1 hour is 60 minutes from time of first log on rather than 60 minutes of actual use).


Grocery packs

We regret that we are currently unable to provide our welcome grocery pack service. We are able to accept supermarket home shopping deliveries from Sainsburys and Tesco (main Isle of Wight stores) and are able to direct drivers to your Holiday Home for deliveries made after 4pm on your day of arrival. We also offer grocery essentials at Reception including milk, bread, butter, conserves, dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls.


NEW - Cycle hire

They say you never forget how to ride a bike. We can supply you with front suspension mountain bikes designed to do on or off road work and can supply specialist items such as tag alongs, trailer tents and tandems.

We've made getting out and exploring the Isle of Wight as simple as possible. There's no need to collect or return your cycles and our simple pricing means that it is easy to work out the package for you. Cycles means each adult mountain bike, child mountain bike, tag along (single wheel child bike that attaches to an adult bike) trailer tent (tow along for up to 2 infants for an adult mountain bike) so you can choose any combination within your package, Tandems count as two cycles. You retain your cycles throughout your stay so are there when you need them.

Helmets, locks pumps and tool kits are also provided. Your cycles will be delivered directly to your Holiday Home when pre-booked by 4pm and collected at the end of your stay at 10am.
