What we look for in every role is excellent customer service skills, a proactive approach to anticipating customer needs, the ability to use your own initiative and having a problem solving attitude. You need to be a team player and present yourself to a high standard with good communication and interpersonal skills being a real must.
You will also need to be flexible; the leisure industry certainly is anything but a 9 to 5 job (many of our team member's love working here for that reason) and so a flexible approach to work and working patterns is essential in a real 7 day a week operation. Weekends are always busy and we need to be ready to serve our customers efficiently and professionally while school and bank holidays are usually our busiest times so you will need to be prepared to take leave outside of holiday periods only.
