Their extensively trained team of therapists are dedicated to the promotion of good health in body, mind and spirit. They are committed, where possible, to using only natural products, remedies and treatments which will leave you looking and feeling better and more able to cope with today's hectic pace of life.

They are able to offer a personal and professional service in the comfort of either their Spa (in Cowes) or in your Holiday Home. Let them take care of you and your friends leaving you feeling relaxed and pampered.

Our simple pricing structure gives flexibility, but sometimes choosing the right type of treatment can be a difficult or confusion decision. The team of professional beauty therapists are here to help tailor your treatment to suit your individual needs.

1 hour30 minutes: £85
2 hours: £99

You can choose to experience one or more treatments during the same session, although please note that each session is for one person. Two or more people wishing a treatment each will need to book an individual package.

Book your treatment duration, either online here when you first make your booking, or if you have already booked please call our Reservations Team on 01983 292395 quoting your booking reference to add this to your holiday.

Choose your treatment... but you do not need to do this until closer to your treatment, or even on the day if you wish to discuss your requirements with your therapist. You can combine two or more treatments into one session. the times below give you an indication of how long each treatment lasts.



Swedish Massage - 1 hour or 30 mins
A relaxing massage to relieve tense muscles, loosen stiff joints, increase blood and lymphatic drainage and strengthen the immune system as the body elimates toxins more efficiently.

Aroma Massage - 1 hour or 30 mins
An ultra relaxing and stress relieving treatment using specially blended essential oils. One of the most popular massages, it brings about a real sense of well-being and relaxation.

Get (Un)knotted! - 1 hour or 30 mins
This deep tissue massage helps to break down lumpy adhesions and remove toxins. The benefits can be felt immediately. A great treatment to relieve back, neck and shoulder tension caused by work and bad posture.e

Reflexology - 1 hour
Working on the reflex and acupressure points on the feet, this treatment enhances the body's own natural healing powers, restoring balance and harmony. Each person is given the most effective treatment for their specific needs.

Indian Head Massage - 30 mins
A deeply relaxing treatment given to a client clothed and seated. Treatment includes massage to the head, back, neck, arms and face. It helps eliminate stress leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed. A wonderful treatment giving instant relaxation.

Prescriptive Facials - 1 hour or 30 mins
Our faciaIs use natural products suited to men and women, that is completely personalised to suit your needs and can be adapted to treat most skin types. Each treatment uses customised botanicals which will leave your skin looking refreshed and radiant.

Deluxe Manicure - 1 hour
After your face, your hands are the next thing people notice, so make sure your hands say good things about you. After shaping your nails and before tidying your cuticles, oils are used to nourish and soften cuticles whilst an ultra-rich cream is massaged into the skin. A manicure allows you to reflect on the experience for days with long lasting results - a must for all.

Express Manicure - 30 mins

Deluxe Pedicure - 1 hour
Prepare to be pampered. This superb pedicure is a relaxing and uplifting experience. Walk away from this treatment feeling rejuvenated with beautifully groomed feet to be proud of. An ideal treatment for general maintenance of your cuticles, nails and feet. Includes a foot massage.

Express Pedicure - 30 mins

For Men, Shave and Facial - 1 hour
This treatment includes a traditional wet shave, hot towels, facial and a neck and shoulder massage. A wonderful treatment leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

For Men, Executive Manicure or Pedicure - 30 mins
An excellent maintenance treatment for feet or hands.

For Men, Hangover Cure - 1 hour
Treatment includes a wet shave and head massage.


Wedding make-overs and a selection of other treatments are available. Just let your beauty therapist know the treatments you would like so they can create an individual treatment plan just for you.

BeCalmed's therapists work flexible hours where possible to suit you during your holiday. Please make sure the room where you wish your treatment is ready before the therapist arrives. For personal safety reasons, whilst we are able to offer a full range of treatments for men, unfortunately therapists are unable to attend where there is not another female in the party present.
